RETURNS POLICY :: ONKLER EYEWEAR

  1. GENERAL
    • 1.1. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the customer service we provide.
    • 1.2. We ask that you please make your purchase carefully as we may not offer a refund on an incorrect choice.
    • 1.3. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you would like a refund on a faulty item(s) please see the information below.
  2. EXCHANGES:
    • 2.1. We will exchange your product if the item(s) are in their original purchase condition; have not been worn, washed or otherwise interfered with; have all tags, stickers and accessories intact; and are returned with your original purchase receipt.
    • 2.2. All exchanges must be posted back within 14 days of original delivery date.
    • 2.3. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us of the product you wish to receive.
    • 2.4. Once we receive your return we will inspect the item(s) and process the exchange/return. If your return shows visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition with all tags, labels and stickers intact we will not process the return and the items will be shipped back to you.
    • 2.5. If your exchange/return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email and the items will be couriered back to you. We will gladly cover the costs of shipping the item back to you.
    • 2.6. We reserve the right to reject any requested exchange/return in the event that the product is not in it’s original condition or is damaged in any way.
  3. REFUND / FAULTY RETURN PROCESS:
    • 3.1. Once we receive the package we will inspect the item(s) and process the return.
    • 3.2. If your returned item(s) is deemed faulty we will gladly refund your original purchase amount.
    • 3.3. Refunds can only be made to the credit card used in the original purchase.
    • 3.4. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
    • 3.5. If your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email and the purchase price of the product will be refunded to you (less any shipping costs).
  4. PROCESS FOR RETURNING YOUR PRODUCTS: -
    • 4.1. Please lodge your return request by emailing us (info@onkler.com)
    • 4.2. Pack your item(s) in a secure carton or reuse original satchel along with your original purchase receipt.
    • 4.3. Please make sure you remove the original shipping label if reusing the original satchel.

    • 4.5. If you are sending your return from a country outside Australia, please mark the package with a note that it is a return/replacement so that the return does not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
    • 4.6. You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the return.
    • 4.7. You are responsible for the cost of the return to us.
