SHIPPING POLICY :: ONKLER EYEWEAR

  1. GENERAL
    • a. We ship to Australia and International.
    • b. All shipping rates are included in the total price.
    • c. Upon purchase, your item(s) will be processed within 24 hours.
    • d. If you wish to cancel your transaction, please email us (info@onkler.com) within 24 hours and provide your order number and reason for cancellation. We might be unable to cancel your order if we are not notified within 24 hours and we may charge you fees.
  2. AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
    • a. We offer free shipping to all items delivered in Australia.
    • b. All prices (including shipping) are inclusive of GST (10%).
    • c. All items are shipped via Australia Post or other local courier company.
    • d. Expected delivery time is 1-2 business days (metro) or 3-4 business days (regional).
    • e. We will not be liable to the purchaser for any loss or damage suffered if the product is not delivered within the timeframes set out herein.
    • f. Risk, ownership and title in the product will pass to the receiver upon the purchaser, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing or otherwise accepting receipt of the product.
    • g. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product may be returned to the closest courier outlet. The postal company may attempt further delivery of the product to you, however, if this is not effected arrangements will be made for the return of the product to us and refund of the price to you, less any shipping costs incurred by us, and less relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed.
  3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
    • a. If you are an international customer, shipping rates are calculated based upon your location (Country/Postal Code) at the time of checkout and are based on the weight, dimension and destination.
    • b. Your order may be subject to taxes, duties and other import fees applicable to the jurisdiction and location from which the order was placed. Any fees incurred by the purchaser, after the sale has been processed from our website, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
    • c. All items are shipped via international postal services or other courier company.
    • d. Expected delivery time is 3-4 business days (metro) or 14-28 business days (regional).
    • e. We will not be liable to the purchaser for any loss or damage suffered if the product is not delivered within the timeframes set out herein.
    • f. Risk, ownership and title in the product will pass to the receiver upon the purchaser, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signing for receipt of the product.
    • g. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be returned to the closest courier centre.
